THE CLASSIC - Vanilla sponge with strawberry jam and vanilla buttercream

CHOCONILLA - Chocolate sponge with vanilla buttercream

DOUBLE CHOCOLATE - Chocolate sponge with chocolate buttercream

MOCHA - Chocolate sponge with coffee buttercream

MINT CHOCOLATE - Chocolate sponge with mint buttercream

CHOCOLATE ORANGE- Chocolate Orange sponge with orange buttercream

BLACK CHERRY - Chocolate sponge with cherry jam and cherry buttercream

LEMON - Lemon sponge with curd and buttercream

SPICED CARROT - Spiced carrot and currant sponge with vanilla buttercream

All cakes are coated with ganache underneath the sugar paste for a smooth and sturdy base to decorate on.

This is made with cream and premium quality dark Belgian chocolate.
