Please read carefully.

Allergens: All of my baked goods contain Gluten from Wheatflour, Dairy from butter & milk, and Eggs.

I work in a nut free kitchen but I cannot guarantee that the manufacturers of the ingredients I use have not come into contact with them.

Orders are only confirmed once a deposit has been received.

If your request is a bit last minute, don't worry you can still give me a call as I might be able to fit you in during quieter times.

All CELEBRATION & WEDDING CAKES ARE BESPOKE AND MADE TO ORDER

The following terms & conditions apply to all orders.

Minimum Notice Periods:

Wedding / Civil Ceremonies Cakes: 1 month

Celebration Cakes : 2 weeks

(Though please feel free to contact us at short notice as at certain times of the year we may be able to accept your order)

Payment

Deposits:

An order is not confirmed until the deposit has been received

If you change your mind then you have 7 days after paying the deposit to cancel and get a full refund, after this time the deposit is non-refundable.

Wedding / Civil Ceremonies Cakes: £50 deposit taken on confirmation
Final payment is due 1 month before the delivery or collection of
the cake.

Celebration Cakes : £25 deposit taken on confirmation. Final payment is due 14 days before delivery or collection of the cake.

Cakes will not be delivered or released to the customer unless final payment has been received.

Cancellation :

If you cancel your order for any reason the initial deposit is non-refundable.

Once the balance has been paid, work will start to commence on your cake. If your order is cancelled less than 21 days prior to the event we will refund 25% of the full amount paid. If you cancel less than 5 days before your order is due, no refund is made.
Any other refunds are made at my discretion only.

Any payments made including deposits can not be transferred to another product should you cancel your booking.

Delivery:

If requested we will deliver your cake to your venue at a pre-arranged time. Delivery in and around Warrington is FREE. Delivery outside of this area are charged at 45p/mile, delivery charges are provided on request. I will liaise closely with your Hotel or event coordinator to ensure that I deliver at the best possible time.
On occasion we are faced with severe weather conditions, public unrest, or other unexpected events that may make your venue inaccessible. You can be assured that we will always do our best to deliver as pre-arranged. Wedding insurance may give you peace of mind.

Set Up:

We charge a fixed set up cost of £50 for the safe installation of wedding cakes.
This is optional but is recommended. We can alternatively leave your cake with the banqueting team. Some cakes take longer than others to display and we want to ensure that we leave your cake and table looking beautiful.

Collection:

Cakes that are collected from my kitchen are always boxed for transportation. Full instructions are provided on the care and handling of your cake. I would always recommend picking up your cake in a vehicle and transported in the boot, tiered cakes can be very heavy.

I do not take any responsibility for any damage that may occur to the cake once it has left my kitchen.

Alterations:

I am happy to make alterations to your cake design and order up to 4 weeks prior to your event date. Please be aware that this may affect the balance due and your invoice will be adjusted accordingly. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your cake order, please just call.
